There are very few possibility so you can not see your camera on internet. to solve this problem you have to check below step one by one.

1. Check the internet connection where your camera is connected.

1. check cable backside of DVR and router is properly connected or not.
2. check DSL light is ON, Internet Light is on.
3. Best way connect one wire from Router to your laptop and check you get internet.

2. Check your IP address is chnage.

1. go to site www.whatismyip.com from your site where DVR is connected to the internet. you get IP address check with you previour IP address if it is chnage. the use latest one.

3. Change setting in Icms software.
