here are some steps on how to view the dvr on iphone

Step 1

Click on Safari on your 3G or wifi enabled Iphone.

Step 2

Type your DVR's access address in the safari's address field.
your address should start with "http://" and end with ":" plus your dvr's port number if it's not 80.
if you are under local wifi, please use your local 192. address
if you are under remote wifi or 3G, Please use your ddns address.
here is an example of local wifi access address. the dvr's address is 192.168.1.211 with port of 8211

Step 3

Once you his enter on the dvr's address, if the address is correct and accessible, a username/password prompt will pop up.
the default username and password of our R-Series DVR is
Username: admin
Password: 123456

Step 4

upon successful login, you will receive menu screen with list of options.
select "JPEG viewer" for Iphone access
(note: you may use two of your fingers to expand "zoom in" so the text will appear bigger on the screen.)

Step 5

Depending on your 3G/Wifi Connection. (for Iphone you may use auto reload option to view the dvr)
for other slower mobile device with slower connection or if you simply want to save your mobile bandwidth you may use the mobile device option with camera option and refresh rate option.

Step 6

If you are using the "auto reload" option, you may change your camera by selecting the camera option drop down menu on the upper left hand corner. you may also rotate your phone for a better view.
