REMOTE ACCESS / Domain Name Registration is also not covered in warranty, once it is setup it will continue working until switching ISP internet service troubles causing slow internet speed or electrical power fluctuation or Hard RESET of ROUTER or changing Router / Modem ( your Host Name or IP Address will be registered life time by us) you can easily view your DVR Cameras world wide on windows XP , but will have some difficulties on Windows VISTA.

INTERNET REQUIREMENT at the time of setu the camera on internet you should have the following information if you unable to provide that and technician has to come again then that charge extra 75$ per visit and you have to take another appointment for that from office.

  1. Internet should be active and working properly.
  2. USERNAME & PASSWORD for Modem and /or Router.
  3. Modem connected with router first and you have to provide one connection in the first router.
  4. you have to verify your high speed internet connection OR have less than 3MB Speed we don’t guarantee for successful world wide remote connection.

DRYWALL / SIDE BOARD cutting Policy : Our Technician will cut the drywall / Baseboard to accomplish the job and patch at the same time OR will put plastic cover (Cocking, Compounding, Sanding and Painting is customer responsibility )

SAFETY SHOES POLICY : At the time of installation the technician have to use safety shoes on for electrical safety hazard ( Putting safety shoes is mandatory at work place by WSIBC and Canadian Safety Authority ).

RESPONSE TIME : Our Response Time is Seventy two hours ( max ) in Case of any emergency / System Failure, But we will try to reach as soon as possible and try to fix the problem on urgent basis Working Days and Hours : Our working days Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

CAMERA LOCATION : After mapping the camera and system location if customer want to change the location or camera they have to decide before installation and re-sign the mapping location form, once equipment are installed accordingly and if customer want to change the location then labor and rewiring charge must be applied.

INFRARED CAMERAS ARE DAY/NIGHT VISION, gives you black & white image in the night time. It could be better if supported by motion electrical lights or any kind of dim lights. IR Light covers 6 FEET distance at 8 FEET height.
