This sections clarifies any point regarding the installation of CCTV Cameras / Alarm System in your home or office  for the avoidance of doubt.

• The payment terms for Installation from the Maainfosys is either;
  25 % advance. (COD, cash)
  75 % after finish the work
• If mains power is required at the point the power supply is installed you will need to organise this work at your expense. If you’re not sure about where you will need mains supply, simply contact us for help on 647 244 3188.
• You have to select your location of camera, DVR, Alarm. Our technical expert also help you to give the best location for that but once it is fixed modification of location charge extra and depend upon how much time and material used for that job.
• Any additional work or equipment required which is not part of a standard installation will be paid for by you (the customer). All costs will be agreed before work commences whenever possible.
• All single camera installations come with 25m of cable as part of the standard installation kit. All additional cameras will be supplied with 30m of cable as part of the standard installation kit.
• All works exclude the requirement for additional perimeter lighting which will if required be paid for by the customer.
• You have to maintain your DVr system in proper place with good source of electricity which can not damage your system. Failure of any equipment due to high / low voltage that not cover in the warranty.
• You have to take regular back of your system.
• We are not responsible or liable for any indirect, unforeseeable, special, incidental or consequential damage.
• We are not and cannot be responsible for any losses or damages arising out of any loss of or any inability to access, data as result from the failure of hard drive(or drives) included in a dvr.
• All equipment including the installation comes with a 1 year guarantee.
